I even compared services and processes on both working and non working machines, and used tools to figure out what registry keys and files rdpsa(proxy).exe is using, but i coudn't find anything of interest. The strange thing is, when I launched 'rdpsaproxy.exe' manually after this (even thought the process was already running), it does actually work, indicating that the problem might actually be a rights or 'run-as' issue on this file.Īlready confirmed this is not a Firewall or Windows Defender issue.
